I am skilled in correcting irrational negative thoughts and alleviating symptoms of trauma, which manifests as common mental health problems such as anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, substance abuse, insomnia and relationship issues. I am a Level 3 Certified Trauma Therapist of the Instinctual Trauma Response Method a highly effective treatment that combines art and talk therapy techniques (learn more at www.helpfortrauma.com). As a Board Certified Art Therapist as well as a Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor, I am skilled in using art to help you "see" how you feel to enhance and expedite the treatment process.
