Dr. Garber is licensed as a psychologist and marriage and family therapist. He has been in independent practice since 1984. His practice focuses on adults, adolescents and families. Dr. Garber has a general practice and also specializes in working with survivors of trauma / abuse, individuals and families impacted by HIV and alternative lifestyles.
His training and experince include psychological testing, vocational counseling and clinical hypnosis.
